This is a complete guide to playing the Fish Isle on Facebook. This Fish Isle game guide will show you how to do things like grow fish, buy animals, buy more islands, level up quickly, and everything else you need to know about playing Fish Isle. Fish Isle is a game that has been around for a little while with over 1.5 million players and still growing. It is pretty similar to FarmVille, except you are on an island and dealing with fish, not crops.

Understanding Your Fish Isle Screen

Getting Familiar with Your Screen – Before we begin, let’s get familiar with your Fish Isle screen. At the top of your screen, you have gauges letting you know where you stand in the game. At the bottom of the game is your menu. This is where you will navigate your game, hatch fish, and more. We will take a look at the top part of your screen first and then we will move to the bottom part of your screen.

Top Gauges in Fish Isle – These are your top gauges and we will start from the left of your screen and go right. The first bar is your Coins bar. This bar will let you know how many coins you currently have in the game. The bar right below that is what you click to get more coins. The next bar is your Fish Isle Cash bar. This bar lets you know how much Cash you have. The bar directly below that will let you add more cash to your game. The next gauge is your Lock gauge. If you want to lock your nets so your friends can’t steal your fish, this is what you would use. The next gauge will let you see how many of your friends’ fish are ready and can be stolen. The last gauge in the top part of your screen is the Level gauge. This gauge will let you know what level you are currently on and how many points you currently have.

Bottom Menu – Next, we will take a look at the bottom menu. We will start from the left and go right.

• Arrow -The arrow is your multi tool. You can select the arrow and click on things to manage them. You can also place your mouse on the arrow and see the other options in this menu which are the Hatching, Releasing, and Catching options. We will get more into that in just a few.
• Fish Net -The next tool is your fish net. When you want to cast new nets, this is what you would use.
• Shovel – The shovel tool is your delete tool. If you want to delete islands or nets, this is the tool you will want to use.
• Island – The next tool is your Island tool. You can create new islands using this tool.
• Store – This is where you go to do your shopping. When you open the shop, the items will be placed in categories so you can better get around your store.
• Mail – When you get new mail, it will be stored here.
• Gift Box – This is your gift box and your storage box. Things placed in storage will be in this box and when you accept gifts, they will also be stored in this box.
• Ribbon – These are the medals you have won and medals you need to work towards winning.

Going Fishing

Releasing Your First Fish – Now that we have the menu and gauges out of the way, we can focus on releasing your first fish. Begin by casting a net. (Select the Net Tool from your menu) Then click somewhere in the water to cast the net. Once the net is set, click the net and the store will open. In the store will be the different types of fish you can choose from. Click the fish you want to release and click the net again. The fish will be released in that net.

Catching Your First Fish in Fish Isle – When your fish are full grown, you can place your mouse over the fish and it will say “Mature”. Select your arrow tool from your menu and click the fish that are ready. The little person in the boat will go to that net and the fish will be caught.

Cleaning Your Fish Nets in Fish Isle – If you are going to use the same nets over again, you will need to clean them. To clean the nets, select the arrow, and click a net. The net will then be cleaned and you can release more fish.

Releasing the Same Type of Fish in All Nets – If you want to release the same type of fish in all of the nets, there is a quicker way to do it. You can use the Release tool found in the Arrow Menu. Place your mouse on the arrow, do not click, hover your mouse over it. In the menu that opens, you will see the Release option, click it. The store will open and you can select the type of fish you want to release in the nets.

Cleaning All of Your Nets – You can select the Clean option in the arrow menu and all of your nets will be cleaned for you. If you have a lot of nets, it is probably best to use this option. It will keep you from having to clean each net by hand. To use this option, place your mouse on the arrow and select Clean in the menu that opens.

Catching All Mature Fish – You can also use the Catch option in the arrow menu to catch all of the fish that are mature. Again, this keeps you from having to click each net. All of the nets will be selected and the boat will go to each one and catch the fish.

Buying, Harvesting, Moving, & Selling Trees

Buying Trees for Fish Isle – Once you have your fish growing, you can begin to buy trees for your island. The trees will produce fruit that can be harvested. To purchase the trees, open the store. Click the Trees tab and then select the tree you want to purchase. The store will close and you can place the tree where you want it by clicking your mouse.

Harvesting Trees – Once the trees are full grown, you can harvest them. Select the arrow tool from the menu and click the tree. A menu will open and you can click the Harvest option at the bottom of the menu.

Moving Trees – To move trees, you will first need to select the arrow tool. Then click the tree you want to move. That will open a menu and you will see the Move option. Click that option and move the tree to where you want it. Click your mouse to place the tree in the new spot.

Selling Trees in Fish Isle – The sell option is also found in the menu when you click the tree. Remember to select the arrow before you click the tree. When the menu opens, select the Sell option. You will then see a box pop up and you will see how much you will get for the tree. You can continue with the sell or cancel out of it.

Placing Trees in Storage – To place trees in store, click it. The menu will open and you can click the Move to Storage option. The menu will close and the tree will be placed in storage.

Buying, Collecting, Moving, Rotating, & Selling Animals

Buying Animals in Fish Isle – To buy animals, you will need to open your store. Select the Animals tab and look for the animal you want to purchase. Click the animal to make your purchase. The store will close and you will need to click somewhere in Fish Isle to place the animal.

Collecting from Animals in Fish Isle – You can collect from your animals the same way you collect from trees. When the animals are ready, they will have a green lining around them. Select the arrow and click the animal. In the menu, click the Harvest option. You will then see your money roll up the screen.

Moving Animals in Fish Isle – To move an animal, click it with the white arrow. Then select Move in the menu. Next, move the animal to where you want it and click your mouse.

Rotating Animals in Fish Isle – Click the animal you want to rotate, click Rotate in the menu. The animal will be rotated. You can click it again to rotate it again.

Selling Animals in Fish Isle – Animals that you no longer want in Fish Isle can be sold. To sell them, click them, and select the Sell option. A box will open and show how much you will get for the animal. You can continue with the sell or cancel out of it.

Buying, Storing, Moving, Rotating, & Selling Decorations

Buying Decorations in Fish Isle – Open the Fish Isle store and select the Decorations tab. Click the decoration you want to purchase and place it on your island by clicking your mouse.

Storing Decorations in Your Storage Building – Select the arrow tool and click the decoration you want to move to storage. Click Move to Storage in the menu that opens. The item will then be placed in storage.

Moving Decorations around Your Island – Select the white arrow tool and click the decoration. Then click the Move option in the menu. Move the decoration to where you want it and click your mouse.

Rotating Decorations in Fish Isle – Click the decoration you want to rotate and select Rotate in the menu. The decoration will then be rotated. You can click it again to rotate it again.

Selling Decorations in Fish Isle – To sell decorations, select the arrow tool. Click the decoration you want to sell and click Sell in the menu. Then accept the sell or cancel it.

Fish Isle Friends

Visiting Friends in Fish Isle – You can visit friends by clicking the friends photo at the bottom of your game. The game will reload and you will be on your friend’s island. A box will pop up and ask you to help your friend out. Click Accept and you will be rewarded with coins and XP points. You can then continue on to visit other friends.

Stealing Fish from Friends in Fish Isle – If the friend’s island is unlocked, you can steal some of their fish by clicking them. If the friend’s island is locked, you cannot steal from them.

Inviting Friends to Play Fish Isle – Use the Invite Friends tab at the top of your game to invite your friends. The page will reload and you can select who you want to invite and send an invitation to them.

Returning Home from Visiting – When you are finished visiting friends, you can return home. To do this, click the Home icon in the bottom right corner.

Fish Isle Gifts

Sending Gifts to Friends – Gifts are a great way to save coins in Fish Isle. Sending your friends gift will hopefully get you gifts in return. To send a gift, you can click the Free Gifts tab at the top of the game. Then select your gift and click Send. On the following page, select the people you want to send the gift too and send it.

Accepting Gifts from Friends – When your friends send you gifts, you will find them in your Request Section of Facebook. From there, you can click the See All link and accept the gifts one by one.

Using Your Gifts – To use your gifts, you can click the gift box in your game. When the box opens, you can click the Gifts tab and you will see your gifts. You can click a gift and the box will close. You will then need to click somewhere on your land or water to place the gift.

Working with Fish Isle Islands

Creating New Islands in Fish Isle – You can create islands in Fish Isle too. To do this, you will need to click the Island tool at the bottom of your game. Then place the island on your mouse wherever you want it. Then click you mouse to place the island there. You can create as many little islands as you want and create larger islands by putting the islands together.

Deleting Islands in Fish Isle – Unfortunately, there is no way to move islands. All you can do is delete them and start over. To delete an island, click the Shovel tool at the bottom of your menu. Then click the island that you want to delete and it will delete it.

Changing the Theme of Your Island in Fish Isle – You can change the theme of your island from green grass to snow if you want or vice versa. All you have to do is open your store. Then click the Décor > Colors. That will show you the two themes you can choose from and it will also give you the option of paying for them with cash or coins. Once you make your purchase, the island will change.

Expanding Land in Fish Isle

If you would like to expand your land, go to the Fish Isle store. Click the Expand tab and you will see your options for expanding. If you are expanding with coins, there are certain requirements you must meet in order to expand. If you are expanding with cash, there are no requirements.

Fish Isle Tools

Camera Tool – The camera tool is located on the right side of your game. You can use this tool to take photos of your island and post them to Facebook.

Zoom Tool – The Zoom Tool is located on the right side of your screen also. This tool will allow you to zoom in and out of your island. Click the plus sign icon to zoom in and the minus sign icon to zoom out.

Full Screen Tool – The full screen tool is located in the right toolbar. Clicking it one time will take you into full screen. Pressing ESC on your keyboard will take you out of full screen.

Music Tool – If you get tired of the music, turn it off by clicking the music icon on the right side of your game. You can turn it on again by clicking it again.

Changing Character Tool – To change your character, click the character and a box will open. In the box, you will see the different characters you have to choose from. Click a character and click the Accept button.
